Hi

i am doing STO, while doing PO the following error is coming

" Not possible to determine shipping data for material INTER09 "

How to solve this.

Hi there,

Possible errors may be:

1) material is flagged for deletion

2) Loading group missing in the material master,.

3) shipping point determiantion is not maintained in OVL2 for combination of shipping conditions / loading grp / Plant.

4) shipping conditions not maintained in the internal customer master of the plant.

5) route determiantion is not maintained.

Check in the PO weather material is flagged for deletion. Take the customer master num of the receiving plant & see if shipping conditions are maintained.

Also check if loading grp is maintained in material master. Double click on the material in the PO it will take you to material master. Shipping point determiantion should be maintained with that loading grp in OVL2.

1.Check whether material is extended to the sales area or not.

2.Check Define Shipping Data for Plants is maintained correctly.

3.Check plant created as customers sales area extended or not
