HI Supremes ,

Matter of minor concern but a pain.

TR was generated for production order with movement 319

TR Qty AND TR Req qty(SU) shows 600 PC

TO qty in STKUn and TO qty shows 1200 PC

Altough TO are created with 600 qty.

If I look at the TR item details it shows

Open Qty in SKU - 600

Open Quantity - 600

Why is 600 shown in TR item ?

your storage type is probably setup to only allow full removal of a storage unit.

This is often used in high rack storages with roboters moving the pallet.

If you want just a part from the material on such a pallet, then the pallet has to removed from the high rack bin. When it has arrived at the floor, then warehouse people can remove the part quested, and the remaining quanitity has to go back to the high rack.
