Event receiver

Hi Friends,

I was checking SWE2 for knowing the event receiver for a particular Business object and it's event. there i found

BO - BUS2042

Event - TO_BE_APPROVED

Receiver - SWE_EVENT_CREATE

The Receiver here is not any WF or task.. If any WF or task have any event linkage that we can check in PFTC -> Start Event or in swe2

But in this case where we can Check that this BO event is Linked with this FM.

I think it should be WS20000139 Receiver Type and the Receiver should be SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT.

You can always check the Receiver type from SWUE transaction code by providing the BO and the relevant event and click on the Event Receiver.

So can we define FM as Reciver type..

Hi Dev,

Yes we can define... If you check the properties in SWE2 ... if you double click on Business object then

there you will find the reciever function module is SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT. This Reciever type is

nothing by A transaction criteria for receiving an event.

you check the workflow number in Reciever Type Column and not the Reciever type FM.

I have clearly mention that, i am getting Receiver Type SWE_EVENT_CREATE as FM not any number..
