INSPECTION FOR MOVEMENT TYPE 309

Hello friends,

I want to activate quality inspection for 309 movement type i.e.Transfer posting material to material.

I have created inspection plan with usage 5 and activated inspection type 05 - inspection for other goods receipt in material master.

But still the system is not creating inspection lot

when I am transffering material of one batch to another with 309 mo. type.

Hi Amit,

you are transfering material stock to material stock correct.

then activate Inspection type 08 for stock transfer in Material master and check.

Hi Anil,

The solution is working, but now in following case

Batch1 (100 kg) = batch 2 (60 kg) + batch 3 (40kg)

When I am doing stock transfer, then system is generating two inspection lots for batch 1 i.e. for

60kg one lot and 40 kg for another lot.

I have to generate only one lot of 100 kg for batch 1.

This is done thank you, i have changed in material master for inspection type 08, control inspection lot creation.

Dear Amit,

As each partial quantity results into individual transfer movement, system will create two inspection lot, one for each partial quantity movement.
