Hi,
we have implementated SAP HR - ECC 6.0 module in one of the pharma industry. We are having various Personnel Actions (From Hiring till Seperation) in PA module.
I am requring your help in the following queries:
1) When running an action - Stop Remittance & Correspondence, we want to disable some actions by keeping actions - Revoke Remittance & Correspence, Transfer, Pre-Seperation & Seperation as enable.
2) When running an action - Revoke Remittance & Correspence all the actions should get enabled.
Can anyone please help me in this regards,
Milind

Hi,
Thanks for your shown request.
I have various actions in PA30 ight from Hiring till seperation.
1) Hiring
2) Extension of Probation
3) Confirmation
4) Increment
5) Promotion
6) Transfer
7) Disciplinary Action
😎 Organisational Reassignment
9) Stop Remittance & Correspondence
10) Revoke Remittance & Correspondence
11) Pre-Seperation
12) Seperation
When user runs the action-Stop Remittance & Correspondence, other actions like Hiring, Extension of Probation, Confirmation, Increment, Promotion, disciplinary Action, Organisational Reassignment should get lock, that mean user should not able to run these actions for this specific employee through PA40. Only he should have acess to the actions Transfer, Pre-Seperation & Sepeartion through PA40.
When user run the action-Revoke Remittance & Correspondence through PA40, all the actions should automatically get enabled.
Hope u will understand the senario now.
Thanks in advance.
Milind
