Restriction in T Code F-02

Is it possible to restrict the Posting Keys that can be allowed to be used for entering transactions through T Code F-02. E.g. Only 40 and 50 Posting Keys should be allowed to be used through T Code F-02

you can restrict posting keys for f-02 through validation OB28

Hi,

Case 1:

If you need posting key default in F-02 please follow below scenario....

1.Go to SE93 Transaction code and put F-02,then select change button

2. Menu Edit-->Change transaction type then select 4 th radio button.

3.System display one special table ,there you put (RF05A-NEWBS)and posting key 40,whichever you want

Note: Here possible only one posting key (40/50)

Case 2:If you want both posting key control you need to maintain Validation

You have to write validation for f-02 for posting key.

Goto TCode OBU1. You can cantrol one posting key. Check TCode OB41 also
