Item does not match schedule line (program error)

Message no. V1 427

when the transaction code VA02 or VA03 is used the change or displat a sales order the above error message appears.

after analysing through the tables of VBAP and VBEP I see a mismatch in the POSNR.

for example: in VBAP - Posnr 360 is missing and in VBEP - Posnr 370 is missing.

Client is on SAP R/3 - 4.6 c.

Please help me in resolving the issue.

The is the explanation given in SAP for the Message No.V1247

Repeat the transaction.+ If the error occurs and you have a CRM System connected to your ERP System, the document may have been archived in the CRM System. +If the error occurs again, inform your system administrator. If the error cannot be corrected, call the SAP Hotline directly. Describe which steps preceeded the error.

On the other hand, if you dont have CRM, then check in VOV7 as already suggested here.

Hi

CRM is not connected to our R/3 system.

The item category for the material is determined as TAN for which Schedule line allowed is active.

Hi,

Go to VOV7

and activate the item category relevent to "Schedule line"

reason is now header data forwarding the schdule line for each line item but at line item due to inactive of that indicator it shows error in the systems.

The Item Category for the line item is TAN and it is already active for Schedule line allowed.
