display particular workitem(Leave Request) in secretary's workplace

Hi,

In our company every manager & above has their own secretary so for leave request workflow(ESS-HR) workitem goes to their id's .

I have tried substitution but it's not working with my requirement.

My requirement is can i display particular workitem(Leave Request) in their secretary's workplace.

hi,

if substitution is not working then you can write down your custom rule to forward the same workitem to the seceratry instead of that too the manager.

Pls guide me how can i create rule(step by step)and add it to the substitution part when curret profile is appearing ALL, functional and Disciplinary.

I have done config in spro and attach task to particular profile.
