Hi all,

As we are having 3 app 1 CI and 1 DB.

But 100 % utilisation is on only one app where as other apps utilisation is 40 to 30 %.

Since all the app are of same strenth and in same logon group.

will you please suggest on this.

And what would be the role of Dispatcher?

How shall I check it?

Why don´t you use different logon groups to do load balancing?

RFC is not an issue.RFC is properly distributing but user log in is not distibuting properly.

Hello Shiv,

In SMLG you can double click on the logon groups and you should get a popup.

In that popup, you should get two tabs. One of the tab is Attributes.

In the Attributes tab there is a section for response time and user count.

Try and play around with the response time and user count to manually adjust logon groups to distribute the load evenly.

Meanwhile raise a message with SAP on why this is happening.

Hello,

Check if the app servers have RFC load enabled.
