Hi,

Where we define a KRA's of employee's in SAP.

Client has got this requirement to set the KRA's of individual employee's in the system.

Hi Revathi,

The client required to map the KRA's in the system.

For Eg.-

One position called as a " HR Executive" and holder of the position named as "A" . Now the client says that this person has got KRA's like Payroll Management, Recruitment, T&D etc and they wanted to map these to the system. Like this for all the position they require this.

How we can do this in system?

Where we can enter this KRA's in SAP?

Hi

You can create Appraisal Model. And one of the elements of Appraisal Model will be KRA. The transaction to create Appraisal Model is phap_catalog.

Hi,

Are you maintaining Task in OM? If not then you can create all KRA's as Tasks and assign it to respective position.

If you want to measure performance against each KRA's then you need to go for Appraisal Model
