Cost planning with TAX

PS gurus,

While doing cost estimate for project we need to enter basic price+ discount + ED + Frieght + Vat + Service tax. Discount, ED.. etc has to be calculated on the basic price. and user will put only the percentange of taxes and duties . is there any method like ECP , unit costing ..etc.. can give me for planning perpous.

Can we do it through ECP?

Plz advise.
