Hi Gurus,

Can anybody tell me how to map electricity generation using boiler process ?

Also guide me for mapping RO water plant.

My client is generating bio-gas , steam and electricity. they want to map this functionality in SAP.

I want information about mapping this in PP module.

Plz guide ASAP.

Hi

To map power generation in SAP plz go with MTS scenario, because once u start power generation it goes continuously 24x7, it stop only for preventive and corrective maintained works,

consider the bio-gas plant as separate plant and map in ll er way,

incase you are using exhaust steam ( low pressure steam ) for heating process after power generation, consider this as co-product or by product,

No i am working for pharma-chem industry.

My client is having separate electricty generation plant.

also they r generating steam from that.

but u plz provide information watever u have..........may be it will help me.

Hi

You can maintain Electricity power, bio-gas as a component in the BOM since power is one of the major consumption material. If you are using the power for same plant usage, for which you can see the variance of power consumption (Plan Vs Actual).

For that you can add an electricity power, bio-gas as a component in the BOM. The UOM may be KWH. And you can mark it as a stock item (l).

actually electricity generation is separate than biogas ganeration. both r diff plants.

How i can store electricity ?
