rebate problem

Once i do the partial rebate settlement, and raise a credit memo request, the acrual is not corrected.

why is it happening, where is the setting to correct the rebate accruals

Hi Varada

If your settings are correct then create a "Rebate Credit Memo Request" with reference to the "Rebate Credit Mmemo Request", then accruals will be corrected.

Only creating a Rebate Credit Memo Request will not correct the accruals.

Beacuse accruals are cancelled when Rebate is settled by a Credit Memo.

Suppose, there was Rs 200 accrual ammount, now you want to settle Rs.60. When you create a Credit memo for this partial amount, accruals will be corrected as Rs.140.

Please check the condittion record for rebate . It shud have the accrual key ERU.
