how to increase sap work process depent on pc processer
and ram size please caluculated explane
my pc processer core 2 due 3.10GHz
RAM size 8 GBs
another one pc processer P4 2.66GHz
Ram size 2GB

You can increase the sap workprocess in the instance profile using t-code rz10 .restart the instance to make it effective.
You can get an idea for the no of work process using sizing tool
