Order release chantment

Hi,

I want to echance order release, so that we can have authorization

object attched with this action release.

Is it possible?

I've ever heard about user status profile, can we used that?

can you give me some idea about this?

Dear,

Best way you should go for authorization for CO02.

Check for the Authorization Object "C_AFKO_AWA".

Also u can find out the other possible object's using T code SUIM.

use user status profile to enchant system status for prd ord and maintain the auth. code in the profile.

in pfcg use autorization object B_USERSTAT

Hi!

You can define user status profile in SPRO. Here you can define your own statuses which can be set or deleted on execution of a certain transaction. The path is spro>quality management> Quality inspection> status management > define ststus profile.

Please give more inputs on your requirement so that I can help you more properly.

hI,

I check C_AFKO_AWA and add release activity. I create the role and user for testing, but REL still can be done. still testing:)

I used the user profile and testing them.

it works, but can i attch the to autorization check since i saw there is auth.code?

can i use it for autorization check?

for example : PPIC create and change the prd ord but only manager can release prd ord?

Dear,

Best way you should take help from Basis consultant to define it. Activity number 130 for authorization object C_AFKO_AWA

It is handle with order type, For PP Order Type: C_AFKO_AWA & C_AFKO_AWK

Then Create a Separate role with T.code CO05N and put this activity for Authorization object C_AFKO_AWA.

Hi,

I have tried to add activity 43(Release) to the C_AFKO_AWK, but well it doesn't work.

I thought the higher autorization C_AFKO_ATY is the issue,

I add activity 43(Release) to C_AFKO_ATY too, but still it doesn;t work.

I consult with our basis, he said that sometimes not all activity works even it can be chosen.

(maybe some bugs in SAP )

so i tried to used the user status for production order to enchant system status, well it works,

but not the best way :).
