Like to know how to configure fact sheet views in CRM 2007

Dear all ,

I have recently started working on CRM 2007 version ...i need to add some additional views to my fact sheet ..i understand from sap help is... we have to use BSP component workbench to configure the new views

1 .please tell me step by step process of fact sheet configuration

2.how to add new views to my fact sheet ?

3.where to assign my fact sheet to Business partner ?

You can find it here...

IMG>CRM>UI Framework-->UI FrameWork Definition--->Maintain Factsheet.

Here you can..

1) use a fact sheet with a tile layout that does not yet exist in Customizing.

2)You can assign your own views to an existing Factsheet.

3)Create your own factsheets.

Hi Gurus ,

I managed to find out the new views creation in fact sheet ...but still i don't know how to assign my fact sheet id Ex: BP_Account _Fact sheet to user group ..

kindly tell me the T-code are place where i should i assign my fact sheet id to my user group ?

Hi Namala,

To assign and remove views/blocks from account fact sheets you can access the BSP Workbench , component BSP_DLC_FS, view factsheet and make the necessary changes.

I had made my own factsheet by copying the standard ICCMP_AFS factsheet but unfortunately I myself could not find out how to bring it into use so I stick with the standard sheet and made my changes in it, served my purpose.
