How to update statuses of the document

Hi

How to update the statuses of the document. The document is already invoiced. But the pick and confirm status are not updated in status overview of material.

Even though all the configurations are correct sometimes the status tables will not be updated properly. To rectify such problems in delvery document status run report RVDELSTA in SE38 transaction for that delivery document.

Hi there,

If the order has many line items, then you need to select the items & then check for the status. Status will be updated automatically.

Possibly your item is not relevant for picking or it is order related invoice.

Also possible that the order is partially delivered & invoiced.

So select the item & then check the doc flow or status. Eventhough order is partially delivered, it will show in the doc flow.

Hi,

The statuses of the documents are updated automatically. You cannot manually do it.

In your case, may be the item category is not relevant for picking. Also the invoice may be order related
