changes to T555y

Hello all,

Would a change to table T555Y trigger any retro?

I mean lets say T555y has a value

01 01 09 S1200 D1300 L3000

for 01012007 - 12319999

Now if we change it to

01 01 09 S1200 D1300 Z3000

Will this have any effect on retro?

Also, changing the processing type for the same time type, will that create a problem?

Chris

Hi,

I am not familiar with your exact requirement but note that changes to any custmizing table do not trigger retro. But still if you want to take in to account the new values from the table then use Forced retro facility on the payroll driver.

Thank you all for your answers. I have this covered. An alternate route was chosen to create a PCR instead of changing T555Y.

As our friend said it wont trigger the retro as it is not effecting any timedata.

Hi chris,

change to table T555Y will not trigger any retro, it will feect in the pair formation and before that i want to know for what reason your changing the existing standard table values, better create anew entry.

cheers,
