Hello,
Is there a transaction or standard system report for viewing deliveries for which invoices have not been made?

You can view it in invoice due list VF04. Not only deliveries you can also view orders (if it is order related billing eg. credit/debit memo) which are not invoiced.

You need not think of any reports for this, VF04 will give you all the billing due list
There is an option called order -related & delivery - related. Choose the required option for order or deliveries.

You may use the billing due list VF04 for the same.
You have options to select orders, deliveries, intercompany ...etc to find out the documents which are due for billing.
