No Logon Details after i log into sap server.

Hi , I am going through a weird problem. I logged on through sap logon pad, I am able to see the sap screen , but I cannot see the client, userid, password, language fields on the sap screen. Can anyone please help me resolving this. Thanks in advance.

what kind of environment you're using ? Windows / Linux ? What kind of SAPGUI ? SAPGUI for Windows or SAPGUI for Java ?

Please mention it clearly so we could help.

Hi I am using Windows XP and the GUI version is 640

You will see arror in below SAP LOGON, like SAPSYS 000 , or other, try to update gui -->

gui640_31.exe ftp://ftp.sap.com/pub/sapgui/win/640/patches/ or 32 -->
