printing a document with a production order.

i ve attached a document to one of my operations in the production order.i need to print it when i release and print my production order along with the production order.

so how do i do that.

Hi,

Check up by selecting only "Document links" from CO02- Order-Settings-List control

When would you print the other 2 layouts then?

You can ask the developer to put a condition within the print program for the layout to check the System Status or User-status. Based on this only print the 1st layout.

Hi.

For this you have to create production scheduling profile in OPKP transaction for your plant . In this you have to tickmark print on release option. By doing so system will automatically print the production order as soon as you release it. Then this production scheduling profile has to be assigned to the material master in the work scheduling view.
