Mass Unlock of Documents using Document Attributes

Hi

We have implemented Digital Signature and documents get locked after getting signed off. They can be unlocked using the unlock button at the bottom of attributes screen. Is there a way , any function module or anything that can help mass unlock of documents . As I need to update thousands of docs which are locked

Hi Jag,

You can use transaction SI80 to make mass changes to your documents stroed in SolMan's KW.

Thanks for the tip. Can you give some more details like which attribute should I look for to see if the doc is locked or not ... is the same info captured in any Table ....

Also if you can point to somewhere where there is more info on SI80 and mass update instructions that would really help
