I am trying to support an old version of Crystal Reports, Enterprise version: Product: 8.0.2.672
The people that build it a couple of years ago are all gone and now I need to make some authorization changes and do not have the administration ID's or passwords to sign on to get the functionality needed to make changes in the system.
Is there a way to sign onto the application with admin capability so I can support this product.

A modification to the database will need to be made. I would recommend opening a ticket with support as the changes that need to be made cannot be posted.
