Creating CRMC Complaint in ICWC - how to initiate sub items

CRM 5.0 SP11

In CRM online I am able to create a CRMC without reference to a document. I add the product and can choose from the buttons 'credit memo', 'debit memo', 'replacement', 'return'

and those create the sub-item in the Items Details and I can save & it replicates to ECC.

If I go to the ICWC I can create the complaint without reference. On the Complaint & Overview screen I can add the product ID that then shows up in the bottom view "Items List" as item 1000 but I don't see how to choose 'credit memo', 'debit memo', 'replacement', 'return' like in CRM online to determine which action to take.

I haven't been able to find any documentation to assist. Will give points.

'credit memo', 'debit memo', 'replacement', 'return' are at the bottom, they become active after selecting the item.
