BPF Response Time

Hi,

Our business process flow takes up to 1.5 minutes to launch and display all the steps. Is there any way to speed this up?

Thanks,

Nikunj

One way is to redefine your flows. Often you may not be able to help the response time if the several users try to perform the tasks simultaneously. Ask the users to log out and you log in and check the response time. If you dont see any improvement, you may need to look at other optimisation options like load balancing, more servers, etc.

It still takes up to 1 minute to launch. We have 2 web servers (load balanced using F5) and 1 SQL server.

Not sure why it takes forever to launch a BPF which only has 2 steps?

It is not the web servers, but the applicaton servers that support BPC and also the database server. Also, check the server capabilities; you may need more memory or even an additional CPU.
