how to find out cash balance at each plant for particular date.

Hi

Please tell me what is the system of your GL Creations, is it plant wise or not ? If plant wise, then you can see the individual plant wise GL from FBL3N or FS10N. Ideally there should be plant wise Cash Journals also, so you can see from FBCJ.

If plant wise GLs are not opened, then if you have single GL for cash, then on the basis of profit center/ business area if plant wise, you can dispaly the cash balance

Goto TCode FS10N

Enter Cash GL Account and year and copmay code and Execute

Double click on last balance amount

Select Change layout and move Plant field fom rightside to leftside and copy it

Set filter to plant and execute

Hi

For handling cash in SAP, cash journal is used. Different cash journal is configured for different location where cash has been kept. You can check the cash balance from the cash journal ie FBCJ for any particular day.

Hi,

You may use FAGLB03 to show the balances of your GL account. Provide on the the screen the GL account corresponding to your cash account.
