Crystal Reports Server and Crystal Reports XL Release 2 missing dlls

I have Crystal Reports server and Crystal Reports Xl release installed in a Windows 2003 server with IBM clearQuest installed on it as well. The person who manages Clearquest asked me to go to the SAP website support and download certain dlls so I can install them in a couple of workstations that connect to the Crystal Reports server. I asked her the names of the dlls and she says that she does not konw. What kind of dlls she may be talking about? any suggestions outhere will be really appreciated.

We do not add single /dlls to our enterprise product installs, patches are added by service pack or fixpack from XIR2 SP2 and later. Even earlier versions of our product worked this way just with different names such as critical hot fix and monthly hot fixes.

Thank you for your response Tim. Can I do the patching and updates from the application itself (like for example from the Help tab like Microsoft products) or I need to log on to the sap website? Can you please provide me with the exact url and names of packages I need to install? Thank you so much.

Most of our enterprise patches are on protected sites (require user/pw)
