Is there any way with the new support system to get phone support for Crystal Enterprise. I need to swap out our server that runs enterprise and I am going on one month now and am having issues that I cannot fix on my own.

Go to [http://service.sap.com]
In that go to SAP Support Portal ->Help & support tab ->Report a Product Error
You would have to supply Customer number and User ID and it would allow you to create a case (incident).
You can also call on our CIC numbers if you face any issues and they would be able assist you in creating an Incident.

Hi Joe,
All support questions need to be logged through the Service Market Place. Unfortunately there isn't a support telephone number that can be called.
If you have specific questions, perhaps they can be fielded in the forum. Otherwise you should open a message through the Service Market Place.
