Text from Sales to Production

Hi Friends,

I need to pass text from Sales order to Production order, which is important message about production process. What all the configuration which help us to fulfil this requirement.

Hi,

I don't think in STD SAP , your requirement will be met.

You need create a new report to copy text values from Sales order to Production order, the text to be copied are Order reason (VBAK-AUGRU), ship method (VBAK-VSBED), over delivery tolerance (VBAP-UEBTO), and VBAK text element Z230.

Normally the text has to be entered in the sale order. In MD04 screen the sale order can be viewed and the production user can double click on sale order and navigate to the display mode of sale order to view the text.

Without using ABAP, I dont think there is any better way than this.
