I am executing BAPI

'BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA'

I get the message :

You have not fully maintained the descriptions

Check out the documentation of the BAPI FM through SE37. It looks like you have not sent the material description. Try to create a material manually through MM01, what all fields are required manually will be required by the BAPI.

Hi,

Check the Material Descriptions whether maintained correctly or not...

You also have to use BAPI_TRANSCATION_COMMIT after using that BAPI

Check the below thread for the sample code.
