PO release done by different persons

Hi,

For the release of purchase orders we use a 2-steps-process:

One person is releasing first the PO and then another person has to release the PO as well.

How can I ensure that one person can't do both releases?

Hi,

You can control by the user authorisation wise.That means release code and release groupwise. Authorisation object is M_EINK_FRG

Dont give the same release code authorisation to both the users.

This may be acheived in one way by assising proper roles to both the persons at SUIM for the authorisation object M_EINK_FRG (For authorisation objects to complex criteria).Please check with your ABAPer wheather it works?
