Hi

Is it possible to transfer

Revenue Surplus

Revenue in excess of billing

calculated cost of sales

to COPA value fields.

We get the above values once we do RA on projects. I want to know whether we can capture this in COPA.

If answer is no then what is the reason for not being able to do it.

Hi, Yes, by all means, it is possible to transfer to COPA. You need to configure PA structure for passing the values to the relevant value fields by creating different assignment lines for which you need to input the source cost element and target value fields. And this configured PA structure shall be assigned to the settlement profile. The standards are for PA transfer structure is '30-Sales orders/Project and for Settlement profile is SD1. you can settle these costs to CO-PA. It will not pass to CO-PA while billing.
