Problem with Transaction PT60 to create IT2006

Hi,

While I am Running time evaluation Transaction PT60 to create IT2006 no personnel number is geeting selected for that.

Request you to please consider this issue

Hi,

Check the time management status of the employees in IT0007.

Try giving a forced recalculation date while running PT60.

Also run in Display log mode for a couple of employees and check for any error messages.

check pu03 of concerned employee here you need to give the exact date when your going to run pt60 the same date has to give in pdc recalculation. the run pt60 u will find exact result.

Hello

Time eval does generate absence quotas.

Can you check time evaluation schema that function QUOTA is included.

If it is then run time evaluation with the log on for 1 employee that should have quota generated and check the log where quota is generated, this will show time groupings etc for this employee.

Check your Time Management config groupings are correct for quota generation.

To my knowledge, PT60 evaluates time data - it does not create quotas.

So you may be looking at the incorrect transaction?
