BADIs for saving and updating Sales Order

I need to know the BADI or BAPI which is called while saving a sales order. If we are updating already existing data, the same BADI is called? or a new one?. Please help. It will be helpful if you can tell where exactly the BADI is triggered. Thanks in advance.

Check badi ORDER_SAVE. There you'll find three methods that allow you to check conditions, manipulate data or execute post-save activities when saving a sales order.
