Hi all,

First of all, I have search the forum to get such infomations, but i have got nothing.

The standard setting is 30 days for the resevation resides in the system when the reservation has marked as final issue or entire quanity has been processed.

My scenario is below.

Requirement Date: 2008/9/22, and a goods movement for the reservation has been done in the same date.

When I try to delete is by MBVR, the base date is 2008/10/23, the system tell nothing to do, when i change the base to 2008/11/23, the reservation has marked as deleted.

Is there anyone have the similar case before.

Thank you in advance.

Hello ,

The report RM07RVER deletes the entries in the tables RKPF, RESB and

REUL for the reservation. It is called from transaction MBVR.

See notes:

519580 FAQ: Reservations

15127 Managing reservation

In case that the retention period has been set to 30 days. According

to the on-line help, this retention period for reservation items, is the

time (in days) during which the reservation item resides in the system

before being deleted by the reservation management program.

If the "date required" of a reservation item is older than the current

date minus the number of days specified here, the system sets the

deletion indicator in the reservation item.

Please check the date required for reservation also check the

current date (which is the one that appears by default in MBVR)

And then be sure there are 30 working days between both.

If so running this transaction MBVR pushing out the base date to the

future (for instance, 01.05.2005), and all the flags set, you will see

the reservations displayed.
