Importing segmented COA

Hi All

Is it possible to import segmented COA and if it is what the procedure?

Hi,

you could import the segmented COA into SAP B1 using DTW addon. There is a MS Excel template needed to prepare before import. The excel template is used to input the segmented account.you do not have to think what data and what column. The template is ready to use. You only need to prepare the data.

the template is available here:

C:\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates

there are 2 folders, one folder is master file and the other is example of the template. you could also read the DTW addon help file to know more. After you run the DTW, just press F1.
