Hi all,
Why do we go for BPM?
Hi,
Rather than posting the Q directly in the forum, if you search before means you will get lot of related threads in hand.
Any way check this content
We will use BPM when ever we want to do the following:
1.Controling or Monitoring of messages in XI
2. Collect or Merge the messages in XI
3. Split the messages in XI
4. Multicast a Message
5. Need to send an Alert
6. Transformation
The Above things make the diff from other scenario's because without using BPM the above things can't be done in general.

Why do we never use the seach option on SDN?
Please search on SDN before posting questions. Against rules if engagement.

Hi
Error handling,Handling messages from multiple senders,Collecting of messages,Splitting of messages
Processing message based on certain criteria,
If the receiver structure is created based on certain criteria
It is also used to control complex document choreography - e.g. when you need to wait for two different types of messages to arrive and then send out another message of a 3rd type, or when you need to wait for a series of messages to arrive, and combine them into a single message to be sent out.
