PO printout

Hi guys,

Our requirement is that, if we take printout of PO first time, it should print the heading as "Purchase order". If we make some changes subsequently, and take a print out, header should be "1st changes to PO No #"

How to get the printing like this?

is it possible without version management also?

What is the requirement, why you need print out with changes?

Purchasing document is procurement of material with certain terma, if price terms change you can change the same and communicated to partiesaccordingly.

take helpof abaper to do so

and u can do it using version management ,so that u can retrive the version status with help of an abaper

you can contact your ABAP member and make the necessary changes in the relevant form of PO.

by this way you will get the solution as you required.
