Hi,
Can any body tell me waht are the implications of time mangement satus 9.What all ares I should look into the system.I am currently taking knowledge trasfer and here the time mangement satus is 9.

Mainly you need to understand what is their business process.
Once you know business process very well, You can find solutions or if you tell the business process to experts on SDN they will guide you.
For Example:-
How many DWS are there?
How many PWS are there?
How many WS Rules are there?
How many Type of leaves are there?
How you calculate OT ? (If you hv)
etc and so on................

time management status 9 is time evaluation of planned times .
planned times = work schedule.
you need to tell me whether ur using negative or positive tM

time management status 9 is for negative time recording.
means they are assumed to be working on planned working time and the exceptions to that are noted.u have to know about absence types,quota types how quota system is?
how it is being deducted?
