Hi SAP Experts,
I am interested in E-Recruiting and I find out that there are also Services for the Managers.
We want to assign new candidates to different open positions. The responsible managers should make interviews and should rate the candidates. But they also should see when a candidate also has interviews with other managers and what other managers think about the candidate.
So my question is: Is E-Recruiting applicable for realizing such a functionality. Is there much effort for implementing this or could we realize this with the standard functionality?
Has somebody examples, screenshots or something similar documentation, so I could get a feeling what E-Recruiting Services for Managers include.
