What is the basic conceptual knowledge to start learning SAP HR report??

u need to know what r the infotypes ,

what is time constraints?

what is LDB?which one is used for which application?

Hi,

HR reports generally use the logical databases : PNP (for personnel administration) , PCH (for personnel planning), etc. The starting point is to learn the logic behind logical databases.

Hi,

You should know what kind of data your report should contain, from which infotype table you need to fetch the data, which all fields you should display, layout of the report, any restrictions, do you need a tcode for the report etc.
