SAP Query

Dear All,

Kindly help me out with the steps to create SAP Query. The t-codes used are SQ03, SQ02 and SQ01 but am not able to get it right while configuring them.

Always after going to SQ02 or SQ01 T Code ,first click on Environment in the menu ->Query Areas-->

Standard Area Client specific and then start creating the Infoset or else the query.

Still if you are not satisfied means,please revert back.

To make sure you are always in standard area, set parameter AQW to standard

NB! You need a blank before the word "standard" in the value. SAP is strange

Hi Deepali,

Firstly, create the user group from SQ03. There you're gonna determine who will be able to see the queries you're gonna develop.

Then goto SQ02, create infoset. It refers to the super set of tables (&fields) or infotypes (&fields) you are gonna use in the queries. The second case is when you use logical database (in personnel administration we use PNP LDB). Don't forget to assign infoset to the user group.

The last step is the creation of query in SQ01. There you need to first select the infoset to use.

hi

adhoc querry is a tool in which we can create report

to get report we have to use three t. codes

1.sq03-->is for to create user group

2.sq02--.is for infoset Querry

3.Sq01-->for exact querry

try with these codes or revert with ur response
