transaction monitor no reported by displayed in the reported by column

Hello,

I am trying to sort all the tkts by using the transaction monitor (crm_dno_monitor) and by sorting on the reported by.

The reported by column is shown in the transaction monitor output list, but there are no values for the reported by in that list.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi,

This is because reported by is not getting determined automatically while creating ticket.

In BP of end user or reported by go to "Identification tab" under BP role as "Business Partner". Enter ID type as "CRM001" and Identification no. as "System ID<Space>Installation no<Space>Client<Space>Search term1" for the server he is logging and creating ticket.

Then create ticket again and check.

Thank you for your reply Andy.

However,

This note that you mention is for patch 12 and we are already on patch 15.

And it still is not working.

Any further help would be much appreciated.

Hi I B,

You need to perform the following regardless of the Support Package Level:

Quote from SAP Note 1036161:

"Bear in mind that the new fields are only filled with data if the AI_SDK_CRM_DNO_MON BAdI implementation is active."

Use transaction SE19 to activate the BAdI.
