DC Project failed to deploy

Hi all

i created one Web Dynpro DC project locally. Then so as to move that DC to NWDI landscape i copied the contents of the project SRC folder to new DC in Track.

now when i try to activate this DC and deploy it, it won't get deployed.

Actually the project has no Build time errors. Also it gets succesfully activated. when i checked the log file it doesn't show any error in it.but still the project fails to deploy.

first i thought that there might be some problem with Track but other project got succesfully deployed in same track.

can any one please tell what might be the problem ??

HI,

check the sdm deployment log file at your WAS server.

may be your project is deployed with warning. its same as deployment aborted.

the log files are available at user->........sdm->log.

the log generated by NWDI has prefix like NWDI or the hostname of NWDI.

check it. and also perform the step in above post

Deepak,

check the default trace file and you may get some clue.

Check the deployment log and activation log which will be shown when you deploy an activity in NWDS.
