Dear Guru's,
At one of our client site due to confirmation entries are made only once per shift, at the end of every shift, occasionally, dispatch goods issue transactions are held up till production confirmation entries are made.
This resulting in delay to issue material to customer hence delay in customer service.
User is not ready to use negative stock concept. Instead he wanted to update the stock automatically in the system even if there is no production confirmation & after confirming the production the material which is issued earlier without stock should be adjusted ( or become nil ) against this confirmation. Means production confirmation should create excess stock if sales order is already selivered.
They are using REM make to stock scenario.

Thanks for reply Nilesh. But due to their systemic problem or their routine work it is not possible for user to do confirmation twice or thrice in the system. It is possible for once per shift.
Please suggest some other way or is it possible by some development.

Hi,
If there is the problem regarding declaration of production and delaying in despatch then why u r not increasing the frequency of declaration of production do it twice or according to ur delevery
there is no problem if u r doing it twice or thrice in a day there will be no impact
but if u r going to show a stock without any production then this will not effect on ur procedure.
please revert back
