Hi
My Sender Communication channel is throwing error in runtime workbench ..
i have configured an FTP server in the sender side i have restarted the channel by stoping it and again started and in the Integration directory the Advanced mode the channel is active..
Error: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: XIAdapterFramework:GENERAL:com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: Channel stopped by administrative task.
any inputs will be rewarded..
and in moni it is throwing

Hi Shs Reddy,
When ever u can get this error,
First option is Check ur FTP Sever is working or not and check user name & Pwd, Some times pwd is expired.
and Second option is check ur sender data, it might be wrong means some times this error came.
Check the properly.

Reactivate the channel from ID.
Refresh Adapter Engine cache (mode=full) then test by sending new message.

For full CPACache refresh
http://<hostname>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full
hostname = where xi is installed
port = 5<instance no.>00
better to open XI home page and obtain these parameters from there.
Check whether you have authorization for it or not. if not take basis help.

I am getting the same problem all the scenarios are working for a particular scenarion i am getting the sam error what to do how do i resolve the issue, i have done cache refresh and checked in RWB and cc in ID everything is active and started but still i am gettting the error what to do i need to contact the basis team regarding this issue or do i need to check anything..

i think it is a basis problem.let them know might be they have applied some restrictions for the time being.
