CRM 2007: Relation between Service Ticket & attached Email


Service ticket is crated with Email attach. Now the Service ticket is archived. Once the ST is archived then i lost the link (using document flow FM) with the Followup activities and attached email.

Is there any way to get the link between Service ticket and Attached email if the Service Ticket is Archived.

Note: This Service Ticket is already archived(i have only Service ticket number & BP number), and need to find the follow-up activities and attached Email.
