Per Diem calculation

Hi All,

The perdiem is calculated wrongly by the system.For example,if I enter one additional destinations,then the system calculates the perdiem for 2 days even though the trip is for one day.

I have checked the configrations.

Can any one suggest where i can restrict so that the base becomes the date instead of the destinations.

Hi,

the per diem calculation strongly depends on the legal requirements of the employee's country.

Especially in connection with additilnal destinations there are special routins per country modificator (MOLGA). In general (for countries with NO standard counry version for travle management or with no special legal rules for per diems, 1 day with add. destinations is devided into several parts (as many destiantions you have) and calculated seperately!

Hi Vardhini,

Additional destinations cannot be selected for one day trip.

To solve your issue..follow standard setting. To do this copy the standard traval provision varient (10) and rename it.
