Reconciliation of Subcontracting Challan

All AP Gurus,

When we are trying to reconcile Subcontracting Challans,

system is giving the message as 'Material document is allocated to challan during GR'.

Although we have not reconciled these challans.

This problem is there only for certain / few Subcontracting Challans.

hi,

At the time of GR (MIGO), you have to "Refer Subcontracting Challan" and the same challan and year should be used in J1IFQ. Also check the components of GR doc (for mvmt type 543) and Challan, there should not be mismatch.

Go to J1FR and check status of challan, see it is already reconciled or not?

hi.,

system gives only information message while reconciliation of subcontracting challan that "mat.doc.is allocated to challan while GR"

You just continue by giving challan no./year & material document no.

press f8.& do reconciliation

try it.

Thanks for the reply.

I'm aware of the subcontracting cycly (with creation and reconcilation and closing of challan).

But now, when we are trying to reconcile the challan system is giving following message (as given above).

where we have gone wrong or what might be missing?
