Registration as new customer is not getting saved in B2C

Hi All

I have configured B2C webshop in CRM 2007

when im trying to save my registration as new customer, it is not getting saved.

can any one please guide me on the steps that i have to check in the backend.

Hi,

The best practice document does not mention the following steps required

1. Go to transaction BP. Create a new business partner of role Internet User. BUP005. Then on the Internet User tab-->Logon data add the following

Internet User: your Reference User

Username: your reference user

2. Go to transaction crmc_bupa_consum. to maintain Sales area related information if required

hi,

i did excatly the same how u have described in you reply, i used some number as reference user and also same number for internet user.

and i have maintained the user name as email id also,

but when i try to logon to b2c with user as email id and password given in the bp,

it didnt work

Hello Jaju,

Please check your customizing for the Business Partner and Internet user are in place.

Are you getting any error ?
